CITIA is once again giving you the opportunity to find out more about cross-media developments in animation.
Over 2 and a half days, there will be no stone left unturned, talking about everything from writing to broadcasting across different mediums, as well as technical constraints, marketing, legal issues, broadcasting strategies, training and, of course, business models. We will draw from experiences in documentaries, fiction, video, internet, and for this 2011 edition, also from the music industry.
In centring on the question of cross-media development, the Forum Blanc distinguishes itself from other European training programmes. At the same time, this focus on a theme and on a domain goes hand in hand with a desire to search "elsewhere" for examples of cross-media productions. Such productions in turn help to broaden horizons, deformat and open the industry up to new business and creative opportunities.
