CITIA, (City of moving images) is based in Annecy and is a skills and resource centre for moving images in the fields of animation, interactivity and multimedia.

The EPCC CITIA works in the three complementary areas of culture, economy and training/research. Its objective is to reunite these three areas, bringing local businesses together and setting up the area as a key creative player by becoming a place for production, and more generally to develop an ambitious project finding its rightful place within the Annecy International Animation Festival.
